All new equipment supplied by FD Solutions is delivered free of charge to mainland UK sites. We provide operator training to both individuals and groups to enable the operators to become fully proficient. Our helpdesk is there to ensure that any queries on the equipment we provide will be dealt with promptly.
Most of the equipment that FDS supply comes with a full 12 month warranty; some of the smaller machines are sold with a return to base warranty.
FDS technicians are highly trained on the wide range of finishing equipment that we offer. Customers can select either service contracts (planned maintenance) or service call-outs. We can also service equipment that may not have been purchased from FDS.
